Dr. Mayoni Gooneratne is the founder and medical director of Human Health and SkinFit, created to help women truly thrive inside and out. A former NHS colorectal and pelvic floor surgeon, she has spoken and chaired at several international and national surgical and health conferences throughout her career, discussing her research, modern aesthetic treatments, and hormone health. She curates the Medical Longevity Summit, running in conjunction with CCR, to promote health and wellness in the aesthetic industry. She also founded Human Health Professionals to assist clinic owners in curating and delivering their own wellness and longevity services. As the vice president of the British College of Functional Medicine, she strives to help functional medicine doctors deliver their approach through clinical standard setting. Her vision is for functional medicine to become more accessible to all through public awareness and education.
Emma Beswick
Emma Beswick is co-founder and CEP of Lifecode Gx®. An entrepreneur with an impressive record of solutions delivery and business growth. After qualifying in Nutritional Therapy (2017), Emma created the first specialist nutrigenomics analysis service for health professionals, which evolved to become the full end-to-end testing service, which is Lifecode Gx®. Emma is an expert, speaker and presenter and is a published researcher on nutrigenomics; she holds an MBA, and membership of BANT and of the IFM (Institute for Functional Medicine).
Benjamin Brown
Benjamin Brown is the founder and director of the Nutritional Medicine Institute, an educational, advocacy, and research group committed to advancing the science and practice of nutritional medicine. An internationally acclaimed lecturer, Ben hosts the Positive Health Podcast, guest lectures on Nutritional Therapy, and regularly speaks at major educational institutions and international conferences for health professionals. He is a consultant for Pure Encapsulations and serves as the editor of the Nutritional Medicine Journal, contributing editor of Integrative Healthcare and Applied Nutrition Magazine, a member of the editorial board for Nutrition Evidence, and the author of The Digestive Health Solution. He has contributed to textbook chapters and published research in journals, including Gastrointestinal Disorders, Alternative Therapies Health and Medicine, Nutrients, and Nutrition Reviews.

Tracey is the Consultant Nurse Practitioner at East Riding Aesthetics & Wellness, a multi-award-winning clinic specializing in lifestyle medicine and menopause care alongside restorative and regenerative medical aesthetic treatments to provide natural-looking, confidence-boosting enhancements. Passionate about engaging patients on their wellness journey, Tracey also specializes in menopause care. Highly trained in both Hormone Management (BMS Advanced Specialist) and Lifestyle Medicine (BSLM), Tracey’s ethos emphasizes holistic, patient-centered care with a focus on patient empowerment and ownership of their health journey, encompassing body positivity, nutrition management, and hormone balancing.

Anthony Hayes
Antony Haynes BA(Hons) Registered Nutritionist (mBANT & mCNHC) is co-founder of Nutri-Link Ltd and Head of Technical Services, responsible for the technical & practitioner support team and the assessment and co-introduction of new supplements to the UK market. He also manages and often presents our clinically focused webinars & seminars that practitioners find invaluable. He is responsible for the Clinical Education practitioner forum (CE Forum) in which comprehensive responses are made to case history enquiries from practitioners. Antony has been in private practice for 30 years, managing the nutritional needs of his patients which number in excess of 18,500. In addition to presenting for Nutri-Link, he has presented lectures on Nutritional Therapy to many of the UK’s private undergraduate colleges where nutrition is the primary aim of the degree. He is also a successful, award-winning author of two books on nutrition, The Insulin Factor and The Food Intolerance Bible, and has appeared on television and radio. With many years of successful, practical clinical experience, Antony remains focused on the essential requirements for a successful practice and develops educational aids and clinical strategies to help healthcare practitioners achieve their primary aim of improving the health of their patients. Antony is an ION-trained practitioner, Antony has also met the strict criteria required for registration with the Nutritional Therapy Council (NTC)/Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) — the Professional Standards Council for the regulation of Nutritional Therapists. Dr. William Hsu
Dr. William Hsu is a leading endocrinologist and innovator in metabolic health with more than two decades of experience at the forefront of diabetes care. After 20 years at Harvard’s Joslin Diabetes Center—where he served as Vice President and led global advisory initiatives across 12 countries—Dr. Hsu joined L-Nutra in 2019 as Chief Medical Officer to drive forward a new paradigm in chronic disease care. At L-Nutra, Dr. Hsu leads clinical strategy, medical and scientific affairs, and the development of L-Nutra Health, a groundbreaking division focused on the remission and regression of type 2 diabetes using nutrition-based therapeutic approaches, including the Fasting Mimicking Diet (FMD). His vision: to reduce reliance on medications by harnessing the body’s innate capacity for repair and metabolic restoration. Dr. Hsu has played a pivotal role in shaping national standards of diabetes care through his service on multiple American Diabetes Association committees. His research has explored the pathophysiology of diabetes and the role of digital health technologies in managing chronic disease.
