Menopause in Practice (MiP) 2026 has concluded with resounding success, welcoming a packed audience of healthcare professionals to the Grand Connaught Rooms, London for a day of high-quality education and connection.
Run by mBody Media, the event created a real buzz around women’s health education, reflecting a growing appetite for truly holistic, evidence-led and collaborative menopause care.
Across the main agenda, delegates explored the full breadth of menopause practice, from hormonal health and neurological symptoms to eye health, weight management, cancer-related menopause care and integrative lifestyle approaches, while the breakout agendas focused on aesthetics and prescribing.
The balance of expert-led talks, panel discussions and breakout sessions created space for both depth and choice, with many delegates commenting on the exceptional quality and credibility of the speaker line-up.
Dr Shirin Lakhani, conference chair, said: “This was the best Menopause in Practice yet. There was a real buzz throughout the day, more time for speakers, and a strong balance between panels and talks. The quality of the main agenda was phenomenal, and feedback from practitioners showed they really valued the breadth of speakers and disciplines represented. That sense of community was exactly what we wanted – congratulations to the organisers.”
The exhibition space was equally vibrant, with plenty of opportunities for meaningful conversations throughout the day. Attendees described a strong sense of community and openness, with practitioners actively seeking new information, products and services to support their patients and practices.
Charlotte Body, Founder and Managing Director of mBody Media, commented:
“Menopause in Practice 2026 exceeded all our expectations. What stood out most was the level of engagement– our audience wasn’t just passive, they were really engaged, asking questions, connecting with our exhibitors and genuinely investing in their learning. There was a real sense of community and shared purpose, and that’s exactly why we created MiP.”
Elizabeth Philp, Co-founder and CEO of Roseway Labs, said, “We are incredibly proud to support Menopause in Practice as headline sponsors for the fourth consecutive year. The growth of this event mirrors what we are seeing across clinical practice – a clear shift towards more personalised, evidence-led and collaborative menopause care. At Roseway Labs, we are committed to empowering practitioners with high-quality, bespoke medications and education, so they can deliver truly individualised treatment plans. MiP provides an invaluable space for those conversations to happen.”
Delegate feedback reflected both the educational value and the atmosphere of the event. Claudia McGloin commented, “A great day of education and networking was had with colleagues and industry friends at the Menopause in Practice meeting in London. There was a fantastic turnout, a strong agenda, and an equally impressive list of exhibitors. Menopause as a field is clearly growing, and this conference is essential for healthcare professionals to fully understand the subject and better support their patients. I’m already looking forward to 2027.”
Aileen Cameron, co-founder of The Menopause Network, added, “The programme was diverse and genuinely engaging, spanning the wide range of symptoms and issues surrounding menopause. From our perspective, what was especially exciting was hearing delegates ask, ‘what’s next?’ – how they can continue learning and better support their patients after the conference. That appetite for ongoing education really stood out.”
Chair and speaker Tracey Dennison said, “The vibe kicked up a notch this year. There was real energy across every part of the conference, with people keen to learn and expand their knowledge. The speaker line-up was incredibly credible, and the breadth of discussion around improving hormonal health beyond hormones alone was a real strength.”
Plans are already underway for Menopause in Practice 2027, as the community continues to grow and shape the future of menopause care in the UK.
The day concluded with the Menopause Awards 2026, which proved to be a true highlight and a powerful celebration of the innovation shaping the future of women’s health. The awards shone a spotlight on the dedication, creativity and clinical excellence driving progress across the sector, recognising individuals and organisations who continue to push boundaries, champion best practice and make a meaningful difference to women’s lives.
Looking ahead, plans are already underway for Menopause in Practice 2027, taking place on February 4, 2027. The event will continue to build on its holistic ethos, exploring every pillar of menopause care and ensuring practitioners feel confident and empowered to deliver truly comprehensive, person-centred support.
